§ Mr. Peter LloydFrom 10 April the full weekly rate of state retirement pension is £43.60 for a single pensioner, and £69.80 for a pensioner couple. In November 1979 the full weekly rate was £23.30 for a single pensioner, and £37.30 for a pensioner couple.
