§ Mr. BeithAction has already been taken by the Services Committee to improve rest and changing facilities for Refreshment Department staff and a contingency plan exists for making additional accommodation available should a further need be identified by the General Manager of the Refreshment Department, whose responsibility it is in the first instance to determine the precise nature of his Department's requirements.
