§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe Government have continued to press the United States authorities to agree a reasonable4W exchange of rights to enable new routes to be established between the United States and Manchester airport. The United States has been considering an offer we made earlier in the year and has recently promised revised and comprehensive counter-proposals.
