§ Mr. NeubertOne military pilot has been subject to formal disciplinary proceedings for breach of the regulations concerning the height of flights during the past two years. This was a Royal Air Force pilot who was charged with unlawful low flying. Less severe infringements of low flying regulations, which have provisions covering both the height and speed of low level flights, are dealt with by informal procedures.
