The Prime Minister

I am pleased to note an increasing body of opinion supporting liberal trade policies, to which the Government are committed, both in relation to the European single market and to the GATT Uruguay round. It is encouraging that a firm basis has now been laid for the completion of the GATT Uruguay round negotiations.
