To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has any plans to meet the general advisory committee of the Independent Broadcasting Authority to discuss the White Paper on Broadcasting.

Neither my right hon. Friend nor I have immediate plans to do so, but we have had several meetings with the IBA and have now received the IBA's response to the White Paper.
