Mr. Bill Michie

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list for each fire authority (a) the date of first appointment of a brigade emergency planning officer and (b) the expenditure incurred on fire service civil defence activities and the amount of grant aid paid towards that expenditure for each year from 1979 to 1989.
