Mr. Dalyell

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what proposals he has for Ministers in his Department to visit Brazil.

There are no immediate plans for any Foreign and Commonwealth Office Ministers to visit Brazil. I visited Brazil in November 1988, and my right hon. and learned Friend the Foreign Secretary visited in July 1985.
