§ Mr. CopeAll education authorities in Great Britain are taking part in the technical and vocational education initiative; at present approximately 2,000 schools and colleges are involved. From September this year, some two thirds of authorities will have moved from the pilot phase to extending the initiative to all their schools and colleges.
