§ Mr. TrippierThe memorandum of agreement states that
both authorities agree the objective to produce 1,500 social housing units to let at fair rent or thereabouts subject to its achievement being reasonably practicable in all the financial circumstances".Negotiations are at a very advanced stage for the provision of approximately 500 units at Winsor park. Discussions are under way concerning further social housing units on other sites in the royal docks.
