To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will state the conditions with regard to the carrying of firearms which have to be observed by Royal Ulster Constabulary officers whilst in the territory of the Irish Republic for the purpose of discussing anti-terrorist co-operation with their counterparts in the police force of the Republic.
