To ask the Prime Minister when the Secretary General of the United Nations informed her that his report to the United Nations Security Council on Namibia should be kept confidential.

As my right hon. Friend the Leader of the House said during business questions on 6 April 1989, I was not aware that the document in question was confidential until after I referred to it in the House on 4 April 1989.
