§ Mr. Peter MorrisonLandward exploration licences (EXLs) are not made available for public inspection because they contain commercially confidential information. EXL 083 was issued pursuant to the Petroleum (Production) (Landward Areas) Regulations 1984, S.I. 277W 1984 No. 1832, which sets out the model clauses to be incorporated in such a licence. Copies of these regulations are available in the Library of the House.
