§ Ms. ShortTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment what happens to the newly, and any previously, completed RR6s that claimants have to fill in as part of their restart interview; and whether they can be passed on to other restart counsellors or claimant advisers, or other members of the employment service, such as fraud investigators.
§ Mr. LeeRestart clients complete a restart interview form (RR6) every six months. The most recent form is kept278W with the client's records at the local office. Previous forms are usually destroyed. The RR6 may be passed on to other members of the employment service who are involved in follow-up reviews or concerned with entitlement to benefit.
