§ Mr Douglas HoggWe are considering a number of petitions from Mr. Baker about his request for transfer to a prison in Northern Ireland and related matters, and we await the outcome of his application for leave to move for judicial review of the Government's decision last year not to transfer him to Northern Ireland. I understand that a hearing has been fixed for 15 May.
