§ Mr. Colin ShepherdTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he has any proposals to change the law concerning the operation of the legislation and regulations currently in force concerning the safety, operation and construction both in respect of those flying microlight aircraft and those on the ground potentially affected by flying operations.
§ Mr. Peter BottomleyArticle 96 of the Air Navigation Order 1985 was recently amended to include a definition of microlight aeroplane. I understand from the Civil Aviation Authority that there are no other changes proposed at the moment specifically affecting microlight aeroplanes.
