§ Mr. MaudeThe Monopolies and Mergers Commission submitted its separate reports on the respective proposed acquisition of Pittard Garnar plc, by Strong and Fisher 107W (Holdings) plc and Hillsdown Holdings plc to my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on 10 March 1989.
