§ Mr. SayeedTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects to receive the proposals from the Commission of the EEC for a second stage of European maritime policy; what time limit he has set for the production of such proposals; whether such proposals have yet been forwarded by the Commission to the Council; and if he will make representations to the Commission on the need for greater urgency in dealing with this matter.
