§ Mr. FreemanThe Ministry of Defence owns 460 houses and 319 flats in the Woolwich area. As at 21 October 1988, a total of 115 properties were vacant and it is expected that 91 properties will be offered for sale on the open market over the next 18 months. It would not be appropriate to give an estimate of the expected income prior to tender action being taken.
