To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the capital spending plans of the 10 water authorities for the next five years.

The capital spending plans of the 10 water authorities in England and Wales were set out at table 10.30 of the White Paper "The Government's Expenditure Plans 1988–89 to 1990–91 Volume II" Cmn. 288-II, published in January 1988. It is not normal practice to publish plans for years beyond the end of the public expenditure survey period.
