§ Mr. AllenTo ask the Minister for the Civil Service when he next proposes to meet Civil Service trade union leaders to discuss terms and conditions of service.
§ Mr. Luce[holding answer 27 October 1988]: I have informal meetings from time to time with representatives of the Civil Service trade unions. I have no plans to discuss terms and conditions of service with them. These are mainly the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Paymaster General.
