§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe Department is being provided with advice by Kleinwort Benson, Touche Ross, Slaughter and May, Merz and McLellan, Professor Stephen Littlechild, James Capel, Warburg Securities, Lloyds Bank, Lowe Bell, BMRB and the reporting accountants for the 12 area boards and the CEGB.
422WExpenditure in 1987–88 was £771,000. There is estimate provision in 1988–89 of £6 million. It is not usual practice to publish details of individual contracts. Advice received by the industry is a matter for the bodies concerned.
