§ Mr. ShersbyTo ask the Prime Minister if she will publish in theOfficial Report in tabular form details of all the regulatory units or structures operating within Government Departments during each of the past five years including the number of civil servants working in them, together with their grades and salaries and the proportion of administrative and professional staff, the average period in which they are in post and if any fees paid for licences granted cover the cost of the regulatory procedures involved.
