§ Mr. NichollsThe executive is carrying out a review of the use of the organotin compound tributyl tin oxide in wood preservatives. The review has been requested by the independent advisory committee on pesticides and reflects concern that pesticides introduced some years ago do not meet current, more stringent safety and environmental standards. The employment medical advisory service has not specifically requested this work.
