Dr. Cunningham

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in theOfficial Report a table showing the extra grant entitlement that would accrue to each authority if block grant were (a) £200 million and (b) £512 million higher than the amount planned to be distributed in 1988–89 on the basis of his 7 July announcement and if that increase in grant were effected by an adjustment in the notional grant related poundage for spending at grant-related expenditure.
