To ask the Secretary of State for Energy if his Department has made any approach to the science policy research unit in Sussex university to obtain copies of the "trad", "mod" and "tech" computer simulations of the electricity supply system in the United Kingdom as part of his departmental input to the Hinkley Point inquiry.

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy if he will instruct the chairman of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority to inform the EC Energy Commissioner, M. Nic Mosar, that the European Commission has permission to release details of the 180 kg of United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority origin plutonium exported to Belgium under an agreement between the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority and Euratom of 3 May 1968, in regard to the Commission response to written question 2932/87 by Llewellyn Smith MEP, given on 21 September.
