To ask the Secretary of State for Energy if he has any plans to include nuclear installations in the regulations covered by the control of industrial major accident hazards programme.

Consideration is being given to the possibility of applying to nuclear installations arrangements of a kind comparable with those provided for under the CIMAH regulations.
