§ Mr. MellorNegotiations with British Telecom over these costs are still in progress. Formal agreement on a price framework may be reached in November. Meanwhile a without prejudice payment of £1,363,900 in respect of services for family practitioners was made in March 1988 to cover a 10 month period to 31 March 1988.
