§ Mr. CorbettTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many ministerial certificates, by grade or group, have been issued under section 138(4) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 in each of the last three years for which figures are available; and how many of those issued have been renewed;
(2) for what period ministerial certificates issued under section 138(4) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 are valid; after what period they are renewable; and to which classes of Crown employees they are generally issued.
