§ Mr. EggarThe missile technology control regime is intended to control the transfers of equipment and technology which could make a contribution to nuclear weapons delivery systems other than manned aircraft, capable of delivering a payload of 500 kg or more to a408W range of at least 300 km. Missile projects such as Condor II which fall within these parameters are a subject of concern to Her Majesty's Government and are discussed with our partners in the regime.
