§ Mr. WakehamThis report covered a wide range of important recommendations dealing with many complex aspects of our procedures for primary and delegated legislation. I have held a number of discussions through the usual channels and with individual hon. Members with the aim of arriving at as broad a measure of agreement as possible about the best way ahead. I hope that these can soon be concluded.
