Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make it his policy to provide a review by his departmental scientists of the recent report by the Royal Institute of British Architects on nuclear disasters and the built environment, with regard to evaluating its utility for improving current emergency planning arrangements for nuclear accidents.
