§ Mr. MellorThe capital cost of the total scheme, currently estimated at £1.1 million, is to be met 60 per cent. by Coventry health authority and 40 per cent. by Bioplan, in accordance with the proposed percentage use of the facilities.
The contribution to the scheme by Coventry health authority is to be met by an annual rental contribution from Bioplan; this will effectively service the capital contribution which Coventry health authority will make.
