§ Mr. ChopeI am pleased to report that the contract to convert the former Cannon Row police station to temporary office accommodation has been let and work started last month. Completion is forecast for summer 1989. The Parliamentary Works Office is discussing with the Serjeant at Arms the arrangements for taking over and furnishing the building.
