To ask the Attorney-General if, in the light of new information on the blowing up of the Bularos hospital, Managua, on 6 March 1985, he will now consider prosecuting Major David Walker under the Foreign Enlistment Act 1870.

No evidence of the alleged offence to which the hon. Gentleman refers has been submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions or to the Metropolitan police. Any such evidence submitted to the Director or to the police of course will be considered carefully.
