§ The Attorney-GeneralI have no plans to issue guidance concerning the enforcement of the law relating to Sunday trading. As to the scale of enforcement undertaken by local authorities, I received in July a detailed summary of the survey undertaken by the Association of District Councils into the current situation and have no plans to seek further information at this stage.
