§ 87. Mr. Couchman
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects the Overseas Development Natural Resources Institute to move to its new location at Chatham.

§ Mr. Chris Patten
The relocation of the Overseas Development Natural Resources Institute to its new site at Chatham maritime began on 1 August 1988. Phase 1 of the move was completed in late September and almost 60 per cent. of the institute staff are now operational at Chatham. Relocation of the remainder will be phased over the next year and is expected to be complete by the end of 1989.
