To ask the Prime Minister, pursuant to her oral answer to the hon. Member for Bury, North (Mr. Burt) of 20 October, and the oral answer of the hon. Member for Bristol, West (Mr. Waldegrave) the Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, of 19 October,Official Report, column 882, whether the figure of 10,000 refers to man hours or man days lost at Government Communications Headquarters due to industrial action between 1979 and 1981.
