§ Mr. Moynihan[holding answer 19 October]: Information is not available centrally for all authorities on a comparable basis. However, information has been made available regarding the existence of levels of service from their publication in the PAC report "Monitoring and Control of the Water Authorities, 1985" (Ref. No. H.C. 249) and in specific circumstances in answers to subsequent parliamentary questions.
