§ Mr. RyderMy noble Friend the Baroness Trumpington met the chairman of the Horticultural Development Council in June to discuss horticultural research. The chairman continues to make an input into discussions through his membership of two Ministry working groups which are considering particular aspects of horticultural R and D (future HDC funding and rationalisation of facilities for horticultural research).
