§ Mr. MacGregorLittle progress has been made on the basis of the proposals on sheepmeat produced by the EC Commission in October last year. The Commission has just presented proposals on beef and revised proposals on sheepmeat, but no texts are yet available. I expect negotiations to resume shortly.
