§ Mr. RyderI have received numerous comments on the draft soft drinks regulations and will give them careful consideration before deciding on how best to proceed. It is my intention to ensure that the new regulations enable consumers to make an informed choice when purchasing soft drinks and at the same time allow innovation by manufacturers.
