To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services what has been the rate of (i) fatal accidents, (ii) serious, non-fatal accidents, and (iii) minor accidents in(a) National Health Service laundries, (b) National Health Service cleaning, (c) privatised laundries, and (d) privatised cleaning in the last two years.
