§ Mrs. ChalkerMy right hon. and learned Friend visited Mozambique from 17 to 19 September. He had friendly and useful talks with President Chissano, the Mozambican Foreign Minister and other senior Ministers. The visit confirmed our assessment that the Mozambique Government are following pragmatic policies, both internally and in their relations with their neighbours.
