§ Mr. Michael ForsythTwenty-four separate patrols have been undertaken in the current financial year by helicopters hired for surveillance of Scottish inshore fisheries, which flew a total of 91½ hours at a cost of £56,137. To isolate the cost of salmon enforcement as distinct from other forms of enforcement is not feasible.
