(2) if any contributions towards the cost of the Armilla patrol have been sought from countries or companies whose ships have reflagged to the ensign; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. PortilloIt is not possible to provide this information going back to September 1980, except at a wholly disproportionate cost.
No contributions have been sought towards the cost of the Armilla patrol and there is no intention of seeking any from countries or companies whose ships have reflagged.
