§ Mr. EggarThe United Kingdom enjoys traditionally good relations with Brazil, which we are seeking to develop. We welcome her return to democracy. Brazil is by far our largest export market in Latin America. I am looking forward to visiting Brazil myself from 4–14 November. My right hon. Friend the Minister of State Department of Energy is in Brazil this week.
