§ Mr. MuddTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment if, in the light of the Court of Appeal ruling of 9 November 1988, in the matter of Rayware Ltd. and anotherv Transport and General Workers Union and another, he plans to introduce amendments to section 15 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974 as substituted by section 16 of the Employment Act 1980 and amended by section 21 of schedule 3 to the Employment Act 1982.
§ Mr. NichollsMy right hon. Friend has no present plans to amend this legislation, but the matter is kept under review.
