§ Mr. ViggersInvestment relating to an increase in beef and pigmeat slaughtering capacity in Northern Ireland is ineligible for consideration for assistance from Her Majesty's Government or the European Community unless it relates to the modernisation, rationalisation or replacement of existing capacity.
