§ Mr. Peter BottomleyA report commissioned jointly by the then British airports authority and the Thames water authority on the feasibility of releasing the Perry Oaks sludge works site was completed in July 1986, and a copy deposited in the Library. I understand that the further technical trials recommended by the report, to determine the optimum method of releasing the site, are now complete and that BAA plc and the Thames water authority are discussing its future.
